Flooring and Paint are the most common upgrades asked for by Realtors. This package helps buyers and sellers look past the current flooring and paint choices to help close the sale.
PACKAGE 3 – Choose any 1 feature
Number of Uploads* – 5 – 10 Pictures
Eligible Room(s) – Your clients can choose to upload any room picture – Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Living Room, etc.
Feature(s) Included – Your clients can choose any 1 feature when uploading their room picture- Wall Paint, Flooring, Countertops, Backsplash, or Cabinet Paint (Yes, the feature can be different for each picture submitted)

Design Expiration – Your client(s) will have 12 months from purchase date to upload their room pictures
This package is all about choices. Every home has at least one room that has a look only the current homeowner can love, and may be preventing the sale. If the seller won’t replace, you can show potential buyers what it could look like if it was changed.
PACKAGE 4 – All exterior features
Number of Uploads* – 5 – 10 Pictures
Eligible Room(s) – Your client(s) can choose to upload any Front, Side and/or Rear Exterior Pictures
Feature(s) Included – All Features (Shingles, Siding, Trim, Door, Garage Door, Brick and Stone, etc)
Promotion Expiration – 10/31/19
Design Expiration – Your client(s) will have 12 months from purchase date to upload their exterior picture(s)
