Check out these exterior modifications! Our Designers have been asked to make many modifications to make sure homeowners can visualize their exterior improvements BEFORE they complete them. Below are just some of the more popular modifications we can make to help homeowners or potential homeowners make confident buying decisions. Don’t see a modification you’d like to see? *When a Standard Color Finish and/or Standard Design Finish feature, whether purchased individually or within a Package, the homeowner will be able to see unlimited colors or finishes until they find the design they prefer. After 50 designs we will ask you to work one-on–one with one of our Designers at our then current rate, not to be less than $125 an hour in order to get more new designs created for you to view on your Design Board
**Pricing listed is only good for the single modification noted/featured above, any additional modifications within the examples that may be shown above would incur additional costs.
***Modification Process- Once a modification is determined and payment is received, HomeVisign will work with the homeowner to make the modification to the image submitted. After the modification has been shown and approved by the homeowner, the modification process is considered completed. HomeVisign will then make any and all Standard Color/Design Finish changes to the image submitted, in order to create a Design Board allowing the homeowner to submit unlimited design requests to see new colors or finishes based, on the design package purchased, by the homeowner. If the homeowner wants additional changes to the purchased modification, additional charges may apply.
